Welcome to Fitmama Strong Durham!

Are you ready to build the strength & endurance to manage the physical & emotional demands of parenthood?  Our signature Strong classes are designed specifically for postpartum.  

TUESDAY Indoor Mama+Baby in person classes dates: March 3, 10, 24, 31, April 7,14,21,28 2026

Class begins at 11:15 AM. Each class is 45-55  minutes. 

Location: Chrome Dance Centre (Whitby/Oshawa Border Taunton & Stevenson)

BONUS:

• Access to our Virtual Studio for Live Streamed classes. We highly encourage our members to commit to 2-3 workouts/week to help reduce the risk of injury, build stamina and make your in person experience feel easier! 
• Enjoy our On-Demand Content library. There are over 100 pre-recorded workouts to choose from. Workout in real time with your favourite Fitmama Strong Online Coach 🥰

A few things to Note:

If you need to miss a class, our virtual classes are a great way to catch up on any missed in-person classes. We apologize that missed Fitmama Strong Babywearing classes cannot be made up at a different in-person class time or day or extended into another session.  

Any requests for refunds must be made prior to February 26 2026   unless you have already attended any online classes).  All refunds are subject to a $40+HST admin fee. All sales are Final

2. Once you've attended any online classes before February 26th 2026
