Welcome to Fitmama Strong Durham!

Are you ready to build the strength & endurance to manage the physical & emotional demands of parenthood?  Our signature Strong classes are designed specifically for postpartum.  

TUESDAY Indoor Mama+Baby in-person class dates: October 28, November 4, 11, 18, 25, December 2 2025

Class begins at 11:15AM. Each class is 45-55  minutes. 

Location: Chrome Dance Centre (Whitby/Oshawa Border Taunton & Stevenson)

BONUS:

• Membership to our Virtual Studio for Live Streamed classes. We highly encourage our members to commit to 2-3 workouts/week to help reduce the risk of injury, build stamina and make your in person experience feel easier! 
• Enjoy our On-Demand Content library. There are over 100 pre-recorded workouts to choose from. Workout in real time with your favourite Fitmama Strong Online Coach 🥰 

Your pass is valid at our online classes from October 20th-December 31st 2025

A few things to Note:

MISSED CLASS POLICY: 

If you need to miss a class, our virtual classes are a great way to catch up on any missed in-person classes. We apologize that missed Mama +Baby Strong classes cannot be made up at a different in-person class time or day.

Any requests for refunds must be made in writing prior to  October 21st  (unless you have already attended any online classes).  All refunds are subject to a $25+HST admin fee. All sales are Final 

1. After October 21  2025 OR
2. Once you've attended any online classes prior to October 21, 2025
