In-Person Stroller STRONG: THURSDAYS September/October 2026

We can't wait to roll with you and your baby. When you purchase this pass it will guarantee you a spot in our THURSDAY Stroller Strong class at 10:15 am at Willow Park, Whitby (Thickson & Rossland)

THURSDAY Stroller Strong in-person class dates: September 10, 17, 24, October 1, 8, 15 2026

Class begins at 10:15 am. Each class is 45-60  minutes. 

Location: Willow Park (you'll be emailed location details a few days before the first class)

Your Pass Also Includes 10+ Weeks of membership to:

• Our Virtual Studio for Live Streamed classes. We highly encourage our members to commit to 2-3 workouts/week to help reduce the risk of injury, build stamina and make your in person experience feel easier! 
• The On-Demand Content library. There are over 100 pre-recorded workouts to choose from. Workout in real time with your favourite Fitmama Strong Online Coach 🥰 
• We email weekly suggestions from the content library to our membership
• Access to our Strong Core & Pelvic Floor Rehab series 
• Earn a $5 coffee card (Starbucks) on US every time you accumulate 150 points in our Member Motivation Zone

Your pass is valid at our online classes from August 5th- October 24th  2026 and you're welcome to attend online classes or use the on-demand library during that time (in fact we encourage you to do so!)

A few things to Note:

Our Stroller Strong classes will run rain/shine, however, they will be cancelled in the event of Thunder or Lightning. Keep in mind that most weather predictions do not pan out or are over by the start of our class! In case of thunder or lightning, the class will be rescheduled.

If you need to miss a class, our virtual classes are a great way to catch up on any missed in-person classes. We apologize that missed Stroller Strong classes cannot be made up at a different in-person class time or day.

Any requests for refunds must be made prior to August 27th 2026 (7 Business Days prior to the start of the series)  unless you have already attended any online classes).  All refunds are subject to at $25+HST admin fee. All sales are Final 

1. after August 27th 2026 OR
2. once you've attended any online classes

You will automatically be added to the class roster for each in-person class. If you aren't able to make it, please cancel your reservation.
