Our Babywearing Fitness classes are always a full body workout.
We use light weights, body weight, resistance bands and even your baby as a weight.
This class also includes mat work to build core strength and to rehab and restore core & pelvic floor health. Progressions always offered when you're ready!
Please bring:
- Any items for your baby/toddler for a morning out
- Clean indoor shoes (no outdoor shoes in the studio)
- Water
- Yoga Mat & blanket for baby
- A structured baby carrier or wrap so you can wear your baby if they want to be close to you!
Babywearing is highly encouraged, but not required- whatever works for you and your baby!
