You are between 4-24 weeks postpartum (but all stages of postpartum recovery are welcome)
You are ready to focus on RE-training the core & pelvic floor & rebuilding base strength
You have a hard time "feeling your core" when doing your exercises and want to improve your overall core health
You are ready to start building your base strength postpartum and want to move a slower and more intentional pace.
You want to know how to select the most appropriate core exercise and how to scale it up or down as your strength & coordination improves
This class is suitable for anyone who has Abdominal Separation, or thinks that they might (also suitable for anyone experiencing symptoms related to hip pain, low back pain, prolapse, incontinence or pelvic heaviness)
Please Note: A minimum number of participants is required for the series to run. This class size will also be capped to ensure everyone gets 1-1 attention throughout the series.
