Join us for our in-person classes and/or enjoy our live-streamed classes from the comfort of your living room, basement, bedroom, back deck or wherever else you'd like to do them.

1. Purchase your pass

2. Reserve your spot in the class you would like to attend (up to 7 days in advance)

3. Add the class to your personal calendar- this helps with building routine and accountability

4. A confirmation email with the ZOOM link will be emailed to you

5. Make sure your device is fully charged for online classes

6. Show up to your online or in-person class!
